In the latest episode of the Society for Learning Analytics (SoLAR) podcast, Martin Hlosta from IFeL and Fabio Campos from New York University were interviewed by Yi-Shan Tsai from the Centre for Learning Analytics at Monash (CoLAM) and a Vice President of SoLAR. Martin and Fabio shared their experience and challenges in designing Learning Analytics Dashboards.

Martin mainly focused on his previous project OUAnalyse at The Open University, UK which aimed to provide teachers with dashboards to better support their students' learning using Predictive Learning Analytics. Based on the experience of the project, Martin is also creating a MOOC to help teachers develop skills in using such dashboards. This Learning Analytics MOOC is being created under Martin's leadership by the IFeL team. The content is about introducing teachers to the basics of Learning Analytics and how they can improve their personal practice.
