Would you like to be part of a dynamic research and development team and help shape the future of education? At our location in Brig we are looking for an

Associate Researcher (80-100%)

As a member of our team, you will actively contribute to shaping the future of AI use. You will be involved in national and international research projects and gain valuable insights into the efficient and effective implementation of AI components.

Your tasks

  • Systematic analysis and implementation of design conditions: You will identify the key factors that influence the successful use of AI components and develop practical solutions based on these findings
  • Participation in experimental investigations and field studies: You collect and analyze data from real use cases in order to check and continuously improve the effectiveness of design approaches
  • Knowledge transfer: You will share our expertise with others by creating teaching materials, conducting workshops, and participating in conferences

What you bring with you

  • You have a master's degree (MSc) or PhD in computer science, psychology, engineering, or a related field
  • You have a strong background in human-computer interaction and/or artificial intelligence
  • You have excellent analytical and communication skills
  • You are a team player and enjoy working independently
  • You enjoy solving complex problems and developing innovative solutions
  • Good English and German language skills (French language skills an advantage)
